Free water test offer
John Kent Water offers a free in-home water test of about 45 minutes. We test your water at your kitchen sink, explain the results in plain language, leave you a one-page Home Water Report, and give you a straight recommendation. If a water treatment system could help, we'll show you options and prices. You're never obligated to buy. Test results describe your water at the time of the test. They're informational, not a medical or laboratory certification. Any purchase is covered by its own written agreement, including your cancellation rights under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule and Florida law.
Gift card terms
You receive one $50 multi-brand gift card in person when your in-home water test is complete. You choose where to use it from about 150 participating brands (for example Amazon, Lowe's, The Home Depot, Outback Steakhouse, and Carrabba's). The brand list is set by the card issuer and may change. No purchase is required, and you keep the card whether or not you buy anything. Limit one per household. The card is subject to the issuer's terms. It has no cash value from us and can't be exchanged for cash. The offer applies only to tests booked directly with John Kent Water (johnkentwater.com, John's referral partners, and John's own pages). It isn't valid with other promotions and may be changed or ended at any time. Brand names belong to their owners, who don't sponsor this offer.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the homeowner, or have the owner's permission, with a home in our service area (Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas). We may decline or reschedule a visit for safety, access, or availability reasons.
Messaging terms
If you opt in, John Kent Water will text the number you provide about your appointment and, if you chose it, occasional offers. Messages may be sent with automated technology. Changes
We may update these terms or the offer. The version posted here, with its date, applies.
